Traditional Machiya Accommodation
Nijojo Taiken Inn occupies a 100-year-old traditional machiya wooden townhouse, originally used for Nishijin-ori weaving. Guest rooms are in separate buildings, with triple rooms spanning two floors: a ground-floor living area with kotatsu table and sofa, and an upstairs bedroom with France Bed mattresses. Rooms include free WiFi, electric kettle, safety box, air conditioning, microwave, and washing machine. Private toilet and shower facilities are provided outside the room. Futon bedding is available for additional guests when booked accordingly.
Onsite Facilities Available
The property features a garden, laundry facilities with dryer, and a shared kitchen. Four bicycles are available for guest use on a first-come-first-served basis. Luggage storage is offered before check-in with advance notice.
